Orbit Conditioning is Aerialogy’s 1-hour, high-energy training experience designed to build strength, stamina, grip power, and aerial readiness from the ground up. Each session weaves together HIIT, circuit training, aerial apparatus conditioning, mobility work, and cardio into one fierce, full-body flow.
You’ll cycle through focused orbits of training—upper-body power, core endurance, lower-body strength, grip strength, and aerial-specific drills—rotating between floor stations and time on the apparatus. Every class ends with a bonus cool-down taster on the silks, combining recovery stretches with gentle hangs to reset your body and breath.
