Well, PRIDE Summerfest has passed, so summer is officially over. On the 27th of August, your favorite Aerialogists enjoyed themselves immensely as we pranced around in the air to the queerest music we could find.

The festival featured booths of all kinds, from the police department (who handed out free, live-saving ice water on such a hot day) to a free photo booth by Blueline Media Productions. There were food trucks galore, a bouncy house, and various forms of entertainment, including our aerialists, who performed a solo, duo, and trio lyra and silks routines. It was pretty rad – and we have pictures to prove it, thanks to the likes of the talented Jar Turner and John Woodcock!

Aerialogy also taught  free silks workshops between performances, which brought dozens of community members in on the fun.

It really was a fantastic way to kick off the end of the summer and welcome in the fall. Couldn’t make this one? We hope to be back next year, but in the meantime come see us Friday the sixteenth of September at the Lotus Festival for more of our gravity-defying drops, spins, and splits.

Thank you to everyone who came out to see and support the queerest aerialists around, and lots of love to everyone on and off of the LGBTQ spectrum that made the PRIDE Summerfest such a huge success.
