Saturday, March 21, 4pm-5:30pm POSTPONED Twin Lakes Recreation Center This workshop is best for any intermediate to experienced aerialist who wants to upgrade their lyra repertoire with rolls around, below, on, and off the bar. You’ll learn how to incorporate fluid, dynamic shapes and movement into your aerial practice and test the limits of your knee- and elbow-pit strength! Beginner aerialists who want to learn the fundamentals of rolls and holds are also welcome to join in the fun!

Prerequisites: able to mount the bar without assistance Recommended: ability to mount to top bar and comfort in star on the bar (straddle back) Ages: 13+
